This month on two separate weekends, person(s) dumped a large number of tires along the roadways and into a small creek.
Sometime between 06/11/2010 and 06/14/2010, someone dumped a large number of tires into a small creek on Highway C out of Bourbon. They also dumped another large pile near a creek just east of the Rio Grande Western Shop. Tires were also found along Highway C and the North Outer Road between Bourbon and Leasburg.
On the weekend of 06/25/2010 and 06/ 28/2010, someone dumped another large number of tires on Highway P, F and Highway CC between Cuba and Bourbon, with the greatest number of tires being dumped on Highway F.
