August 12th through 18th, 2013

08/12/13  Joseph L. Miller, 25, Cuba, was arrested on a Washington County warrant for the charge of Passing Bad Checks.  He remains in custody.

 

08/12/13  David M. Earls, 27, St. James, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He remains in custody.

 

08/12/13  Alaa B. Hussain, 29, St. Louis, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for the charge of Exceeding Speed Limit.  He was released on bond.

 

08/13/13  Christopher D. Helms, 40, Glen Carbon, Il, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Driving While Intoxicated.  He was released by the court.

 

08/14/13  Amanda M. Laney, 32, Bourbon, was arrested on warrants for the charges of Failure to Appear on the Original Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Theft/Stealing Controlled Substance, Theft/Stealing a Firearm and Theft/Stealing of Property or Services Over $500.  She remains in custody.

 

08/14/13  Sheri E. Miller, 24, Cuba, was arrested on warrants for the charges of Passing Bad Checks and Possession of Less Than Thirty-five Grams of Synthetic Cannabinoid.  She was released on bond.

 

08/15/13  Christopher C. Briley, 33, Sullivan, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Driving While Revoked.  He was released by the court.

 

08/15/13  Jonathan H. Spoon, 33, Leasburg, was arrested on the charge of Assault Second Degree.  A warrant was issued for this charge, as well as a parole violation warrant and he remains in custody.

 

08/15/13  Patrick W. Perry, 55, Arnold, was arrested on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  A warrant was issued and he was released on bond.

 

08/17/13  James W. Tomlinson, 31, St. Louis, was arrested on the charge of Assault/Domestic Second Degree.  A warrant was issued and he was released on bond.

 

08/18/13  Chad C. Duquette, 50, Steelville, was arrested on the charge of Assault/Domestic Third Degree.  A warrant was issued and he was released on bond.
