Arrests

06/03/13  Steven C. Ueltzen, 30, Moscow Mills, was arrested on Crawford County warrants for the charges of Driving While Revoked, Driving While Suspended, Stealing Motor Fuel, Failure to Appear on a Felony and Failure to Appear on the Original Charge of Stealing a Motor Vehicle, on a Town and Country municipal warrant for the charge of Driving While Revoked, on a Salem municipal warrant for the charge of Possession of Thirty-five Grams or Less of Marijuana and on a probation violation warrant.  He remains in custody.

 

06/03/13  Jennifer L. Brozovich, 52, Columbia, was arrested on Crawford County warrants for the charges of Distribute/Deliver/Manufacture/Produce a Controlled Substance and Theft/Stealing and on a Franklin County warrant for the charge of Failure to Appear on a Misdemeanor.  She remains in custody.

 

06/03/13  Gary T. Pennington, 28, Union, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Tampering First Degree.  He remains in custody.

 

06/04/13  Robert A. Manley, Jr., 29, Steelville, was arrested on the charges of Forcible Rape and Forcible Sodomy.  A warrant was issued and he remains in custody.

 

06/04/13  Scotty D. Burns, 42, St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Failure to Register as Sex Offender.  He remains in custody.

 

06/04/13  Lynda V. Phillips, 52, Leasburg, was arrested on a Bourbon municipal warrant for the charge of Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.  She was released on bond.

 

06/05/13  William A. Taylor, 23, Cuba, was arrested on warrants for the charges of Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle Annually and Theft/Stealing.  He remains in custody.

 

06/05/13  James M. McCutcheon, 73, Springfield, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Theft/ Stealing.  He remains in custody.

 

06/05/13  Jorden L. Backes, 19, Cuba, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Trespass First Degree.  He was released on bond.

 

06/06/13  Aaron K. Andrews, 49, Steelville, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Stealing.  He remains in custody.

 

06/06/13  Sherry A. Fife, 56, Bourbon, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Passing Bad Checks.  She was released on bond.

 

06/07/13  Ray Middleton, Jr., 44, St. Louis, was arrested on warrants for the charges of Failure to Appear on Felony (two warrants) and Felony Driving While Intoxicated.  He remains in custody

 

06/08/13  Cody C. Bridgeman, 18, Sullivan, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Failure to Appear on the Original Charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He remains in custody.

 

06/08/13  Heather M. Tatkenhorst, 28, Owensville, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of exceeding Posted Speed Limit.  She remains in custody.

 

06/09/13  James D. Hansel, 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He remains in custody.

 

06/09/13  Joseph P. Ray, 48, Jefferson City, was arrested on the charge of Domestic Assault Second Degree.  He was released after twenty-four hours with warrant being applied for.

 

06/09/13  Brian J. Moritz, 29, Overland, was arrested on warrants for the charges of Careless and Imprudent Driving, Failure to Appear on a Felony and Sex Offender Within Five-hundred Feet of School Building/Grounds//Bus Stops.  He remains in custody.

05/20/13  Timothy R. Setzer, 48, Versailles, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Non-Support.  He remains in custody.

 

05/21/13  Tyler A. Lawson, 18, Union, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Driving While Intoxicated.  He remains in custody.

 

05/22/13  Barbarann J. Tyson, 39, Sullivan, was arrested on warrants for the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Failure to Appear on a Misdemeanor.  She remains in custody.

 

05/23/13  Steven B. Wright, 30, St. Clair, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for the charges of Non-Support and Possession of Thirty-Five Grams or Less of Marijuana.  He was released to Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

 

05/23/13  Theresa L. Archer, 54, Cuba, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Driving While Intoxicated.  She was released on bond.

 

05/23/13  William J. Menzel, 27, Sedalia, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for the charge of Tampering First Degree With a Motor Vehicle and on a St. Louis County probation violation warrant.  He remains in custody.

 

05/23/13  Bradley S. Simon, 42, Rolla, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Driving While Revoked.  He remains in custody.

 

05/24/13  Jill H. Clemence, 46, Harrison, AR, was arrested on a warrant for the charge of Non-Support.  She remains in custody.

05/25/13  Paul F. Wilson, 44, Crossville, TN, was arrested on the charge of Assault Second Degree.  A warrant was issued and he remains in custody.
